Return/Refund Policy:

For the safety of our customers and for sanitary reasons, no refunds or returns will be accepted on kitchenware. Custom engravings are also non-refundable due to personalization request. If we made a mistake on your item, we will happily replace it upon receiving a photo proof of the error. Please double check your transaction history via the order confirmation page in your email to be sure that you ordered your engraving correctly before submitting a contact request on this page. We highly recommend proofing your customization twice before placing an order to be sure that it is spelled properly, and that auto correct when using a smart phone or computer did not auto-replace a name incorrectly.
